IMPLEMENTATION ORGANIZATION AND VIOLATION PENALTY    

Article 36. Implementing responsibility

    In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, organizations and individuals shall be requested to timely report them to the Maritime Administration, appropriate amendments and supplementation.

Article 37. Violation penalty

    Any act violating this Seaport Regulations, regardless of nature or violation level, shall be penalized as regulated by the laws and regulations.
