IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS

Article 71:- Effect
This Ordinance takes effect on July 1, 2009.

Article 72:- Implementation guidance
The government, the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuracy shall, within the ambit of their functions and tanks, guide the implementation of this Ordinance.
