IMPLEMENT ORGANIZATION

            Article 39. Implement responsibility

            1. Vietnamese or foreign organization, individual, ship or boat operating in the Seaports must fully abide by the Vietnam’s laws and regulation, international conventions that Vietnam is a member state of and this Seaport Regulation.

            2. In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, organizations and individuals shall be requested to timely report them to the Maritime Administration for considerations, appropriate amendments and supplementation.

            Article 40. Responsibility for the implementation organization

            Heads of departments: Legal Affairs, Maritime Safety and Inspection Department, Administrative and Personnel Department, Finance Department, Representatives and Stations of Maritime Administration of Vung Tau shall have to guide and supervise the implementation of the Regulations.
