Le Thanh Liem is considered and recognized as a professional expert to advise on resolutions to disputes in relation to maritime activities including carriage of goods by sea, cargo insurance, P&I matters, collisions, salvages, wreck removals, maritime liens, ship detention, general average, and other relevant matters. He has experienced and been recognized to successfully handle various maritime matters in collisions, cargo claims, ship arrests and detentions, insurance claims in respect of oil pipelines construction project and other relevant claims and defenses.

He has further advised and handled cases relating to capital shares of off-shore investors, commercial disputes and employment benefits of foreigners working in Vietnam, M&A disputes. With years of experience working for FDI enterprises in key positions prior to legal practice, Le Thanh Liem is aware of practical issues relating to business operations in Vietnam with reference to legal aspects, ensuring the best interests of clients in resolutions to relevant disputes in business operations.
