Article 34: Implementing responsibility

Vietnamese or foreign organization, individual, ship or boat operating in the Seaports must fully abide by Vietnam’s laws and regulations, international conventions that Vietnam is a signtory state of and this seaport regulationsArticle 35: Responsibility for the implementation organization

Heads of department: Legal Affairs, Maritime Safety and Inspection Department, Administrative and Personnel Department, Finance Department shall have to guide and supervise the implementation of the Regulations
